WHO IS JIMMY REX?

I bought my first real estate investment in 2003 when I moved away to college. 

Shortly after that, I bought property number two and three and so on until one day I woke up and had nine real estate properties under my name. 

Thankfully, I had a great real estate mentor that told me in Nov. 2006 to sell everything. I went from owning nine properties to only two. A year later, I would wish it was zero. Once the market collapsed, it all happened so fast. 

I had broken all of the rules to being a successful real estate investor. I had no game plan, so I bought homes that made no sense as investment properties. I bought at the peak of the market, the properties didn’t cash flow, and I bought way too many homes way too fast. I also didn’t put any money down, so I was way over leveraged and I had no reserves for this scenario.

Not ever wanting to experience anything like that again, I set out to become the expert when it comes to Real Estate Investing. Throughout the past 12 years, my team and I have sold over 5000 properties, thousands of which were to investors that are making serious wealth because they partnered with us and used our system.
